You now have 20 seconds to click on the sync button on the joystick. It is located on the upper end, in close proximity to the micro-USB connector.
ATTENTION! The backlight of the controller's “Home” button will flash quickly, indicating the device is being synchronized. In case of successful synchronization, the blinking will be replaced by a uniform glow of the gamepad "Home" button.

There is another way to wirelessly sync using the Kinect console.
The procedure is similar to the previous method, the only difference is that you do not press the synchronization button on the console, but simply by turning on all components, direct the joystick towards the Kinect camera and press the synchronization button. The Kinect camera will catch the infrared signal from the controller and synchronization will occur automatically.
How to connect a joystick to Xbox One using cable
Another way to connect the controller to the console is to connect using a micro USB cable. You can use this method if you are not embarrassed by the prospect of playing with the cable connected.
To implement this method, simply plug one end of the cable into the micro-USB connector at the top of the joystick, and the other into the jack on the console. Everything, no additional action is needed, you can start the game.
Some people experience inconvenience due to the presence of a cable, but this is the only way to play if you do not have the necessary batteries to use the joystick in wireless mode.
